What Future Rack Stars (Ages 11-14) Is All About

Family and community are among our core principles here at Rack Star. We have always believed helping children to understand and develop a healthy relationship with fitness can set the stage for any future physical endeavors while also ensuring healthy habits continue into adulthood. Our Future Rack Stars program is designed by veteran kids coaches to help develop proper movement patterns and athletic performance. If you have children that are playing sports or want to in the future this program can help them to understand the principles of athletic performance and help them to avoid injury in their chosen sport. The fundamentals they will learn in here will transfer to nearly any field of play and they learn in a fun team oriented environment. They will not only learn about strength development, jumping and landing mechanics and proper movement they will have a safe place and community to call their own and for us that’s just as important as fitness.
