What Matters to Us

Our core values guide everything we do here and it is our hope that these values are shared by the members of our community.

  • Integrity – We are all here to achieve better.  Whatever your better is be true to it and respect other’s versions.  We respect that by showing compassion, support and care for all members of the community.  We respect that by showing up and completing the work to the best of our ability and not representing anything different.

  • Accountability – We are all responsible for the outcomes of our own actions.  Sure there will be things outside of our control, but to those, we pay less attention and instead focus on the things we have direct influence over.  The goal is to be masters of our own destinies and in control of our futures.

  • Gratitude – We choose to focus on what we have and not what we don’t.  That doesn’t mean we are not constantly in pursuit of improving our weaknesses but we recognize we are and have much much more than that.  When we start with gratitude we can’t lose.

  • Compassion – This extends far beyond our walls.  Care for your fellow human being, how someone treats you is a reflection of their character, how you treat them is a reflection of yours.   Always support those around you and always build up, never tear down. Remember, a rising tide floats all boats.

What We Do

Our staff has dedicated their lives to the pursuit of knowledge.  That pursuit has led us to degree programs, doctorate degrees and high level certifications demanded from industry leaders and professional sports teams.  We deliver that knowledge to you through coaching and programming methodologies backed by years of both scientific and clinical research. When you’re in this building you can rest assured you are in the hands of some of the best in the industry.  Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us and your fitness program(s) are always designed and delivered with that in mind.

Our Mission

We will improve our community and beyond through the relentless pursuit of quality movement and health.  Through our efforts and our community we will remind people that life has more to offer. We will give people the ability and the confidence to live a life worth living.
